1. How do I order?

It's easy and safe to order with The Real Essentials.com!
  • When you see an item you want to buy, enter a quantity, then click on the "add to cart" button. This places the item into the electronic shopping cart. You can view the contents of your cart anytime by clicking on "View Shopping Cart" at the bottom of the page. If you're not sure about what to do, just click the "Help" button.
  • After you've finished shopping, click on the "View Shopping Cart" button. This will display your entire order and give you a chance to make revisions. When you are satisfied with your order, click on the "Check Out" button.
  • In "Check out," please fill out your name, shipping address, billing address, and select a method of payment. You can pay by credit card or check (or certified check or money order). Click on the button of your choice.

  • Pay by Credit Card

  • If you have selected "Credit Card" payment, check your order, then click on "Submit Order." This will take you to the secure server.
    Enter your credit card number and expiration date and click "Submit Order."
  • Next, you'll be shown the subtotal amount of your order, NOT yet including ground shipping or sales tax. Shipping and sales tax will be added on when your order is processed by Young Living.

  • If the information is correct, click "Submit Order." If any of the information is incorrect, you can go back and adjust it or cancel it.

  • Once you have clicked on "Submit Order," a page will appear that confirms your order and the subtotal. You will receive an email order confirmation from Young Living with your final total, that will include your sales tax, shipping, and an order number -- in case you need to contact us about your order).

  • Pay by Check

  • If you have selected "Pay by Check," you will need to add your state tax to the sub-total of your order. Add shipping cost according to the shipping chart. Be sure to circle your shipping option.

  • For overseas orders, please call in or contact us to find out shipping costs. All overseas orders are shipped DHL Express.

  • Print out the order and mail it in with your check or money order to Young Living's address at the top of the page.

  • Pay by Phone

  • If you have selected "Pay by Phone," call the Order Line: 800 763-9963. Live operators are available between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday - Friday. Automated phone ordering is available 24 hours a day and receives a 2 percent discount.

3. How can I pay? Is it safe to use my credit card?

We use secure online shopping using the latest encryption. We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard, personal checks, certified checks, or money orders denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code), located along the bottom. All orders paid by check or money order will be shipped when payment has been processed.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally using DHL. Orders to Canada can use DHL regular mail. Overseas orders must use DHL EXPRESS. Please call or contact us for shipping charges when you have decided what to order.

6. What is your return policy?

Every purchase is backed by our risk-free guarantee: Products can be returned in 30 days for cash back or within 90 days for product exchange or credit toward a future purchase.

To facilitate your refund/exchange/credit, be sure to send a completed:

1. Shipping Discrepancy or Damage Claim form
2. Copy of the packing slip
